Compass Associates is a multi-award-winning specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to the independent health, social care and children’s services sectors. Within Elderly Care, its Later Living & Retirement Village team supports the recruitment of mid to senior management roles across retirement living communities, including General and Care Managers, Operations and Business Development Managers/Directors, and Managing Directors, having supported providers with more than 55 management hires in the last year alone.
