Our dedicated nursery team supports small and large national organisations by increasing the headcount on their senior management team or supporting with confidential hires/replacements. Typical assignments include Nursery/Deputy Managers, Regional Managers, Heads of Nurseries, Director of Operations, Managing Directors & CEO positions.   

The Nurseries division at Compass Associates has developed a strong reputation for mid-to-senior management appointments in the children’s early years and nurseries sector. In the last year, the team have made more than 15 nursery manager placements, supported 10 Regional Director hires, 5 Managing Director appointments, as well as making two Chief Operating Officer placements.
