Lynette is the Divisional Manager for the Specialist Services team (North & Midlands) and personally specialises in AHP & Psychiatry appointments, with a particular focus on learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs settings in the independent health and social sectors.

The focus of this offering is across both the Adult and Children’s sectors where Lynette specialises in the permanent recruitment of Consultant Psychiatrists, Medical Directors, Clinical Case Managers and “Lead” level Allied Healthcare Professionals including Heads of Therapy, Clinical Directors and Regional/Lead Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Psychotherapists.

Lynette also specialises in more niche assignments across neuro rehabilitation, case management, Eating Disorders, CAMHS and Addictions Services.
