I am really pleased with the whole application process. Benedict Warnes delivered very well. His communication is very polite and is a good listener. He carefully took my details and job preferences – nature of work, commute, distance to work, even health issue with care in finding me the perfect job role. I never felt being chased or pressured like other recruiters. He set appointment to make phone calls, replies on time, informed me if he is going to annual leave (something he is not obliged to do but took care and I found it very professional.) With that, I needed not to keep wondering about updates or the next steps. I find the interview preparation guides were concise and on point. He informed me about real timetables and expectations. There was no sugar-coating or unwarranted sales talk. There was no promises but definitely delivered a good outcome. He helped me get a good offer as well. I definitely recommend Compass Associates!
