Welbeck Health Partners have partnered with Compass Associates to deliver a RPO solution supporting the launch of two new, state-of-the-art healthcare facilities in Oxford and Cambridge, scheduled to open this year.
These flagship sites will provide specialist care across more than 12 medical disciplines, including dermatology, cardiology, gastroenterology, respiratory medicine and ENT.
Phase 1: Leadership Recruitment (Completed)
The initial phase focused exclusively on building a high-calibre leadership team to underpin each site’s success. Compass Associates delivered a targeted and efficient recruitment campaign, achieving the following outcomes:

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 is currently underway, with an additional 10 successful offers extended. The ongoing phases focus on scaling multidisciplinary teams across both locations, with a target of recruiting approximately 100 additional team members.
Through this partnership, Compass Associates continues to support Welbeck Health Partners in building exceptional clinical and operational teams, ensuring both facilities are fully equipped to deliver outstanding patient care from day one.
The centre will focus on minimally invasive treatments with no requirement for overnight stays.
