From structured briefing and multi-platform advertising through to psychometric assessments, bespoke advertising campaigns, competitor analysis, and tailored marketing collateral, our service scales with the client’s requirements without ever compromising on quality.

One particular example highlighted has been the Welbeck Health Partners RPO partnership, an embedded recruitment solution that demonstrates exactly what tailored, sector-specific service delivery looks like in practice.

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and shortlisting through to interview coordination and onboarding, the Compass Associates team has aligned hiring activity with Welbeck’s new site openings and strategic expansion plans.
