Assistant Clinic Manager

Luxury Medical & Aesthetic Skin Clinic | London
Full-Time | Up to £38,000 + Sales Bonus

 

We are seeking a high-calibre Assistant Clinic Manager to join a state-of-the-art, award-winning medical and aesthetic skin clinic in West London.

This is a pivotal leadership position within a doctor-led, CQC-regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

 

The Role:

 

As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will support the smooth and efficient running of the clinic while taking responsibility for day-to-day operational performance.

You will lead a team of four direct reports, with the opportunity for the team to grow as the clinic continues to expand. This is a hands-on management position suited to an organised, proactive and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance clinical environment.

 

Working Pattern

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • 1–2 Saturdays per month on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring an efficient and seamless service

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of therapists and reception staff

  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of SOPs in line with CQC requirements

  • Ensure consistently high standards of compliance within a regulated clinical environment

  • Drive clinic performance, revenue, sales and KPI achievement

  • Monitor and maintain exceptional patient journey and customer service standards

  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify and implement operational improvements

  • Monitor reporting, data and performance metrics, using advanced Excel skills to analyse and track results

  • Support the continued growth and development of the clinic and wider team

About You

 

We are looking for an ambitious, detail-focused and commercially aware professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for aesthetics, patient care and clinical excellence.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager or relevant management position

  • Previous experience within aesthetics, medical, dental or another regulated healthcare environment

  • Experience working within a CQC-regulated clinic, or strong working knowledge of CQC requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification such as ITEC or CIBTAC

  • Proven experience in operations and sales, with a strong track record of delivering against KPIs

  • Excellent leadership, people-management and organisational skills

  • A high level of autonomy, initiative and accountability

  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

  • Exceptional attention to detail

Location

 

This position is based in West London, with excellent transport links across the capital.

The clinic is easily commutable from Balham, Clapham, Croydon, Ealing, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, St Albans, Stratford, Watford and Wimbledon.
