Ani joined Compass Associates’ in May 2015, earning over 8 years of experience within the Specialist Care Sector. She works within the Mental Health, Complex Care at Home, Adult Social Care and Children’s Care and Specialist Education sectors team focusing on the Midlands and Southern Regions.

Her expertise concentrates on mid to senior assignments ranging from Clinical Registered Managers, Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, Operations Director and Managing Director roles.

She currently manages the Specialist Care division with Recruitment Consultants placing across the wider Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Complex Care sectors across the UK. Ani also heads up team recruitment projects and ensures the day-to-day operational running of the division.

Ani speaks Filipino fluently, holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth in Digital Communication, and has completed her REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
