Courtney is a Manchester-based Senior Consultant heading up heading up part of our Elderly Care Division across the North-East and Yorkshire, focusing on middle management upwards. Since Courtney’s arrival to the business her role has led her to manage vacancies such as; Deputy Nurse Managers, Clinical Leads, Clinical Service Managers, Home/Registered Managers, Commissioning Managers, Peripatetic Managers, Regional Support Managers & Turnaround Managers.

Since graduating from the University of Salford, Courtney has developed a skillset that emulates and embodies the high standards set here by Compass Associates.
