Carl has been with Compass Associates since 2012, bringing over 15 years of executive search experience across Senior Living and Behavioral Health. Having progressed from Consultant to Divisional Director, he previously led the day-today operations of a 20-consultant team and now plays a key role in Compass Associates’ U.S. growth, based out of the firm’s headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Throughout his career, Carl has delivered a wide range of senior and executive-level search assignments for organizations spanning private equity-backed businesses through to not-for-profit providers. His work includes supporting growth initiatives, conducting C-suite and executive leadership searches, and partnering closely with clients to ensure a high touch, consultative experience. His placement expertise covers roles from Regional Vice Presidents to Chief Operating Officers, with mandates across Operations, Sales, and Quality functions.

Carl is known for his relationship-driven approach, his ability to manage complex and confidential (“under-the-radar”) searches, and his consistent delivery against client objectives. Over time, he has built a strong reputation and deep executive network, enabling him to attract and secure high-caliber talent efficiently and discreetly.
