Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Huntersville, NC

Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical supervision and provide ongoing guidance to RBTs and clinical team members.
- Develop and update treatment plans and make data-driven program modifications.
- Review clinical data and monitor learner progress.
- Collaborate closely with caregivers to support treatment goals and meaningful outcomes.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and clinical support to RBTs.
- Complete clinical documentation and communication within required timelines.
- Participate in clinical review and collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain ethical, high-quality, and compliant service delivery in accordance with payer requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Previous experience as a practicing BCBA, ideally supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
