Compass Associates partnered with an award-winning, equity-backed, and rapidly growing senior living provider specializing in Active Adult and Independent Living communities to recruit two key senior hires: an Executive Director and a Sales Director.

The organization was operating a 150+ unit community in Texas and required strong leadership to support a critical phase of growth. Given Compass Associates’ proven track record in the senior living sector and their ability to deliver high-caliber talent, they were selected to lead both assignments.

The Outcome

For the Executive Director role, Compass Associates acted with speed and precision, shortlisting three candidates—all of whom progressed to first-stage interviews. Following the initial panel discussions, one standout candidate was identified and fast-tracked through the remaining stages, ultimately securing the position. Impressively, resumes were submitted within 48 hours of the initial briefing, and the entire process was completed in under four weeks.

The Sales Director search was equally efficient. Four candidates were presented to the client, leading to three interview requests within just five days. The successful candidate advanced through two additional interview stages with the leadership team before receiving an offer. From briefing to placement, the full process was also completed in less than four weeks, demonstrating both the pace and quality of delivery.
