Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be supporting a leading, established and respected specialist behavioral health provider in search for a new Clinical Director in Seattle, WA.

The Clinical Director will be performing within a high end behavioral health facility which offers residential, PHP and IOP for both adults and adolescents.

We are seeking an inspiring, motivated and experienced Clinical Director who are confident and passionate. You will be supporting and leading a dynamic team who delivers hands-on treatment and therapy sessions. You will need to ensure that the patients within the facility are being provided exceptional and quality care.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Recruit and train new hires, providing them with continuous clinical supervision for therapists.
• Work closely with the Clinical Leadership, providing supervision/advanced clinical training.
• Develop/refine behavioral protocols.
• Update and revise policies and procedures.
• Review program needs.
• Ensure the clinical team's are being compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO, alongside other regulatory agencies.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Executive Director and will line manage up to 8 individuals.

Criteria

• You must have experience as a Clinical Director, Program Director or equivalent within a residential behavioral health facility.
• A minimum of 3 years experience within a leadership position within behavioral health.
• Excellent leadership, management and communication skills are essential.
• Be able to perform at a high level within a rapid pace environment.
• You must be State independent clinical licensed as either a LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD or a similar license.
