We are excited to partner with a highly regarded, well-established Senior Living provider to appoint an experienced Senior Vice President of Finance. This is a key executive role responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a five-community senior living organization with a strong reputation for stability, quality, and operational excellence.

 

As the SVP of Finance, you will lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management, ensuring that the business remains financially competitive, operationally efficient, and well-positioned for growth. Partnering with the executive leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a seasoned finance executive with a strong background in multi-site senior living operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial planning, performance management, cost optimization, and operational finance.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on but also highly strategic—capable of diving into the financials, identifying inefficiencies, and developing data-driven solutions that enhance profitability and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization.
  • Partner with the CFO and leadership team to drive strategic financial initiatives and business performance.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize financial operations, cost structures, and revenue models.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that drive efficiency and transparency.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support capital planning, debt management, and investment strategies to ensure financial stability and future growth.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive financial leadership experience in Senior Living, Healthcare, or multi-site operations.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and operational finance.
  • Experience managing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing financial performance and driving business growth.
  • Ability to partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
