Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be continuing their relationship with this established and respected behavioral health organization in search for a Senior Financial Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity with someone with 3+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience to join an behavioral health organization who have plans to continue on growing.

As the Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for business and industry analysis, performing detailed analytics, and proposing areas to improve business performance. You will include operational and financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

This position is Monday to Friday.

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI/KFI metrics
• Development of complex financial models
• Provide data analytics in support of leadership decision-making
• Monitor financial trends and financial performance versus budgeting revenues
• Develop and prepare integrated financial and operational dashboards and financial analysis
• Lead and assist the FP&A Leader in annual budget planning and creation

Criteria

• Minimum desired requirement of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college, majoring in either Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related major
• Experience within either behavioral health, healthcare or health insurance is essential
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience
• CPA designation desirable. 

Compensation

Salary is up to $95,000, depending upon experience and CPA.
