Remit
Compass Associates are proud to have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced senior leader within a major Senior Living organization. This role is a key position in the business and the post holder will be responsible for the overall planning, development, and management of health and wellness programs to enhance the quality of life for the residents
This role would ideally suit an experienced VP or SVP from a Clinical and / or Wellness background. The successful applicant will be someone that is truly passionate about delivering a first class service to senior residents, whilst mitigating risk and maintaining high standards in every aspect of the communities they support.
Innovation is at the centre of this operators mission and vision, so someone that is open to change and new ideas, but also able to create and support the implementation of those ideas is an absolute must!
You will be responsible for leading the Health & Wellness team, along with supporting labor management and culinary aspects, whilst also being heavily involved in strategic 3rd party relationships.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a strong track record within Clinical / Wellness positions in a similar capacity within senior living across Memory Care, Independent Living & Assisted Living. My client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service that will work at pace and ensure they foster a culture across their team where individuals and teams do the same!.
Requirements
Must have proven clinical and leadership expertise (Essential)
Senior leadership experience within Senior Living across Independent Living. Assisted Living & Memory Care
Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy
Passion for high quality care for seniors
Strategic thinker and planner
Innovative and creative - able to follow process, but also create and support creation of new ideas
Able to follow and embed, but also design and implement policies and procedures
Results and outcome driven for residents and staff teams
Reporting to the COO, with the VP of Care and Director of Health Strategy reporting to the position
Location
The remit of this role is across the US with travel expectations up to 50% across the communities in the portfolio. Relocation is not required.
