Christian has been employed by Compass Associates since 2019 and has vast experience of recruiting within Senior Care. Having progressed through the ranks from Consultant to Divisional Manager, Christian is now a key part of our US offering based from our US Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Christian prides himself on developing relationships and fully understanding the needs and requirements of both candidates and clients by listening and taking an interest in everyone he interacts with. Coupled with his outstanding ability to deliver, in his 5 years with Compass he has built an outstanding reputation.

Throughout his tenure, Christian has successfully delivered on numerous projects across all levels and within niche sectors within Senior Care, including North American investors operating in the UK, delivering Executive Director, Licensed Administrator, Regional Vice President and Divisional Vice President hires before transitioning to North America full time.
