Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst – BCaBA (Raleigh)

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) | Full-Time

Salary: $80k + Benefits
Location: Apex & Sanford, NC

Work Arrangement: Full-Time | In-Person

Compass Associates is proud to partner with a growing ABA provider to recruit an experienced BCaBA to join their clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, clinician-focused organization committed to delivering high-quality ABA services and meaningful outcomes for children and families. The role will primarily involve in-person services in the Apex area, with travel to the Sanford at least one day per week. You will work closely with BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, caregivers, and the wider clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person clinical services and support in the Apex area.
• Travel to the Sanford clinic at least one day per week.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs within the BCaBA scope of practice.
• Assist with treatment-plan implementation, data review, and program modifications under BCBA supervision.
• Support caregiver training and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the interdisciplinary clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Meet applicable North Carolina requirements.
• Previous ABA experience, ideally working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under BCBA supervision.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
