Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) | Full-Time
Salary: $80k + Benefits

Compass Associates is proud to partner with a growing ABA provider to recruit an experienced BCaBA to join their clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, clinician-focused organization committed to delivering high-quality ABA services and meaningful outcomes for children and families. The role will primarily involve in-person services in the Apex area, with travel to the Sanford at least one day per week. You will work closely with BCBAs, RBTs/BTs, caregivers, and the wider clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person clinical services and support in the Apex area.
- Travel to the Sanford clinic at least one day per week.
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs within the BCaBA scope of practice.
- Assist with treatment-plan implementation, data review, and program modifications under BCBA supervision.
- Support caregiver training and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the interdisciplinary clinical team.
Qualifications
- Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
- Meet applicable North Carolina requirements.
- Previous ABA experience, ideally working with children with ASD.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under BCBA supervision.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
