Investor backed Mental Health provider secure Hospital Director 

Compass Associates supported an international investment backed mental health provider – acknowledged as one of the most respected providers in the space – to recruit a Hospital Director for a brand-new hospital being opened.

After previous internal efforts to source an appropriate candidate were unsuccessful, the Managing Director of the group approached Compass Associates owing to the long-standing relationship with the team, asking for support with this critical hire. 

The successful candidate would need to be an established Hospital Director with experience of PICU, alongside experience of opening and commissioning services. 

Compass Associates delivered a shortlist of four candidates closely matching the brief, of whom three had a two-stage interview process, before the successfully identified candidate was asked to present to the senior leadership team as part of the final stage. The offer was extended and accepted at first time of asking, with the entire process from brief to the candidate start date completed in under two months.
