Toyin became a part of Compass Associates in January 2024, joining the care and clinical services team within the elderly care home sector. He plays a key role in supporting our valued clients with a variety of roles, including Carers, Nurses, Seniors, Team Leaders, Unit Managers, and Clinical Leads. Operating across the UK, Toyin is dedicated to building a strong talent pool, ensuring candidates are ready to fill vacancies when our clients have urgent needs.
 
Prior to joining Compass, Toyin gained experience in sales and various customer service roles. Building rapport comes naturally to him, and although he is still early in his career with Compass Associates, his friendly and approachable nature, combined with his drive to source top talent, makes it clear that he is set to become a significant asset to the company.
