Toyin joined Compass Associates Elderly Care Division in January 2024 and he is going to be focusing on assignments within residential care homes. Based in our Portsmouth office he will focus on management opportunities throughout the UK. He will support residential care businesses by specialising in deputy managers, home managers, senior management roles across the UK.

Before Toyin joined Compass, he was working within car sales as well as having previous experience within other sales and service roles. He is able to build rapport at ease and although early in her career with Compass Associates, it is very clear that with his personable and friendly style, together with his eye for detail he has all the factors that will make him a real asset to the business.
