She specialises in recruiting management-level professionals across the elderly care sector, supporting clients throughout the Midlands, Wales, and East Anglia.

Working closely with care providers across her geographical patch, Dolce recruits for a range of key management appointments, including Deputy Managers, Registered Managers, Home Managers, Commissioning Managers, and regional support roles.
