About the Role

 

Compass Associates are supporting a growing organization seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced BCBAs and newly certified clinicians looking to grow their careers in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

 

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and support
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines and North Carolina regulations

 

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • North Carolina licensure/certification (if applicable)
  • Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
