We are currently working with a highly respected care organisation, seeking a strong, experienced and inspirational Interim Home Manager for an approximately 4½-month contract at a beautiful 60+ bed luxury nursing, residential and dementia care home.

About the Home
The home is a luxury 60+ bed nursing, residential and dementia care home, currently operating at full occupancy.
It is an established home with good foundations and an overall positive position, offering an excellent environment for an experienced interim manager to step in and provide strong leadership and continuity.
This is not about walking into a failing home and starting from scratch.
It is about taking an already established operation, understanding what makes it successful, maintaining standards and identifying opportunities to make it even better.
About You
We are looking for someone with proven experience and strong character.
Someone who can walk into a large home and quickly establish themselves as a credible and respected leader.
You will ideally have:
Experience as a Home Manager / Registered Manager.
Experience managing a large care home.
Strong nursing, residential and/or dementia care experience.
A strong understanding of CQC, governance and compliance.
Experience managing large teams and complex staffing requirements.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The confidence to deal with challenging situations.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong commercial and operational awareness.
Resilience, maturity and emotional intelligence.
A visible and hands-on leadership style.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident care.
As Interim Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day operation of the home.
You will:
Lead and inspire the management and care teams.
Maintain high standards across nursing, residential and dementia care.
Ensure compliance with CQC and relevant legislation.
Drive quality, governance and safeguarding.
Manage staffing, recruitment, rotas and performance.
Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
Work closely with the Regional Manager and wider leadership team.
Monitor budgets and operational performance.
Maintain the home's strong occupancy.
Identify and implement opportunities for continued improvement.
Provide stability, confidence and strong leadership throughout the interim period.
