Physiotherapy Team Lead – Neuro Rehab
Location:
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Salary: £49,000 – £56,500 DOE

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a specialist neurological care provider in Warwickshire to recruit an experienced Physiotherapy Team Lead.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist who is looking to take the next step in their leadership career, or an existing Lead Physiotherapist seeking a role where they can combine clinical practice with team leadership and service development.

You’d work across two specialist services providing rehabilitation and long-term care for adults with complex neurological and medical needs, including those with progressive neurological conditions, traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. Many residents have highly complex presentations, including those requiring respiratory physiotherapy due to tracheostomy or ventilatory support, as well as individuals with prolonged disorders of consciousness.

As Physiotherapy Team Lead, you will lead and support a team of three Senior Physiotherapists, with wider oversight of four Physiotherapy Assistants. Reporting to the Deputy Therapy Manager and Therapy Lead, you’ll also play an active role in service development and evaluation, measuring clinical outcomes, quality improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy across both services.

You will be part of an established interdisciplinary therapy service, working alongside professionals across Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Care and the Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine.

Location

You will divide your week between two neuro rehab services in Leamington Spa, which are both commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Gaydon, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Solihull, Alcester, Nuneaton and South/East Birmingham.

Benefits

  • Regular clinical supervision
