Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client on their search for a Registered Home Manager around the Bury area. My client are seeking a Registered Home Manager to join a small to medium sized care home currently providing residential and dementia care to elderly residents.

Candidate
The successful applicant will have previous experience managing an elderly residential care home and will be passionate about creating an environment where residents, relatives and staff all feel valued and supported.
You will be a visible and approachable leader with the ability to motivate teams, develop future talent and embed a positive culture across the home. A sound understanding of CQC regulations, staffing, occupancy and financial performance is essential, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals and the local community.
