We are looking for an ambitious, inspirational and commercially aware Home Manager to lead a 60+ bed luxury nursing and residential care service, supporting residents across nursing, residential, dementia and specialist care.

Your Role

As Home Manager, you will be the senior leader within the home, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, families and colleagues.

 

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated, high-performing team.

  • Champion outstanding, person-centred care.

  • Maintain and build on excellent regulatory standards.

  • Develop a culture of accountability, compassion and continuous improvement.

  • Drive occupancy and commercial performance.

  • Oversee budgets and operational performance.

  • Recruit, retain, coach and develop talented colleagues.

  • Build trusted relationships with residents and their families.

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, regulators and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure the home consistently delivers the highest standards of quality, compliance and resident experience.

The Person We're Looking For

We are looking for a confident and inspirational care leader who understands that luxury care is about far more than meeting regulatory requirements.

 

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Home Manager / Registered Manager.

  • Experience managing a 60+ bed service or a similarly complex care environment.

  • A strong background in nursing, residential, dementia or specialist care.

  • A proven record of achieving and maintaining strong inspection outcomes.

  • Excellent leadership and people-development skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy and budget management.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • The confidence and resilience to lead from the front.

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident experiences.

  • Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.

A nursing qualification is not essential for an experienced Registered Manager with the right leadership and operational background.
