Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + Benefits

Compass Associates is proud to partner with a boutique ABA provider in Raleigh, NC, to recruit a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, clinician-focused organization that prioritizes quality care, manageable caseloads, and work-life balance. You'll work with a small caseload of 6–9 clients, with the opportunity to grow your caseload over time if desired.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, the organization offers flexibility along with a realistic expectation of 20–25 billable hours per week, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure BACB compliance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
