Overview

Compass Associates are proud to be supporting a respected and established technology based organization in search for a newly created position of Vice President of Clinical Operations within their behavioral health division.

This is an exciting time to join the organization due to rapid and planned growth to ensure no one falls under the radar and improve patients care is being provided offering assessment, care and treatment.

The organization software is to support healthcare professionals collaborate on shared patient across the mental health and substance use disorder, building a technology-based clinical service to improve access within the behavioral health space.

The organization is building an experienced, motivated and driven clinical team who meet their values, ethos and ethics.

As the Vice President of Clinical Operations you will be a vital part of the team set up and be a critical individual. You will be integrating behavioral health into physical health during care transitions by leading the implementation, development, and operations for their clinical service model.

The Vice President of Clinical Operations have operational focus around accelerating development, lead implementation and operations of the clinical service and ensure service success.

You will also have strategic and growth responsibilities around partnering with the executive team to set the vision for exceptional clinical operations, collaborate with the organization stakeholders to develop a comprehensive care navigation strategy, identifying areas of business growth, and developing and executing initiatives to expand the organization reach and impact.

Criteria

• It is essential you have experience within a behavioral health organization
• You must have experience as a Director of Operations of 5+ years or experience as a Vice President of Clinical Operations or above for 3+ years
• A Clinical license / qualification e.g. nurse, social worker.
• Experience of leading and / or operating within either care management, case management or care coordination.
• You must have experience of executive presence and the ability to build relationships with key internal and external executives.
• Driven to be hands-on, and build and motivate the team

Compensation Package

Your base salary will be between $175,000-$200,000, depending upon experience, plus bonus and equity.
