Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be supporting an established and respected behavioral health organization in search for a Vice President of Sales.

 

Due to internal movement, this opportunity has become available for someone who either has experience as a Vice President of Sales, Outreach or/and Business Development. It is essential you have recent experience within behavioral health.

 

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for a large team, with 5 direct reports. You will be responsible for maintaining census occupancy across all divisions of the organization.

 

Some additional responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Developing multi-channel strategic sales plan for the organization.
  • Having an oversite for implementing annual sales plan for revenue growth goals.
  • Work with existing relationships to grow/expand utilization of the organization care continuum.
  • Work closely with the marketing to be creative and able to develop sales collateral and presentation materials.
  • Develop and maintain annual budgets to support key initiatives.
  • Support the team to grow revenue through maintenance of current accounts and development of new or expanded relationships.
  • You will oversee implementation of the annual sales plan to ensure you achieve annual revenue and product growth goals.
  • You will be required to travel as and when required.

 

Criteria

  • You must have experience as either a Vice President of Sales, Outreach and/or Business Development within the behavioral health space.
  • It is essential that you have managed a large team.
  • The Vice President of Sales will need to have the ability and confidence to rally the team.
  • Proven experience of maintaining and/or increasing census.
  • A Master's qualification is desirable but not essential.

 

Compensation Package

 

Your base will be between $200,000-$250,000, depending upon experience, plus bonus and equity.

Interview Process

 

1st Stage - Exploratory conversation with the Chief Growth Officer

2nd Stage - Conversation with members of the team

3rd Stage - Formal interview with the Chief Growth Officer

4th Stage - Final and formal interview with the Chief Executive Officer
