The Skilled Nursing recruitment team at Compass Associates delivers compassionate team members into Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), ranging from comprehensive healthcare service providers to 24/7 nursing care facilities.

Providing short-term recovery, and long-term care needs, Skilled Nursing Care is highly utilized by older adults and individuals needing rehabilitation after hospital stays. In 2021, there were more than 15,000 nursing homes in operation in the US, with more than 1.4 million residents – with Medicare spending $28.5 billion on skilled nursing care in 2020.

The US Census Bureau has estimated that the number of people aged 65 and over is expected to nearly double from 56 million in 2020, to 94.7 million by 2060, which will see an increased demand in SNFs, and Skilled Nursing Care, as people live longer with chronic conditions such as dementia, heart disease, and post-acute procedures.

Compass Associates recruits mid to senior management roles for Skilled Nursing Facilities, typically Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA), Director of Nursing, and VP of Operations hires.
