Role:
As Nurse Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the daily running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager to drive quality, maintain high standards of care, and ensure the home operates effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of care and nursing colleagues to meet residents' medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs.
- Providing strong clinical leadership to drive continuous improvement and oversee clinical elements and risks.
- Ensuring full compliance with the clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements, and CQC standards.
- Supervising the Nursing Team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed, reviewed in a timely manner, and reflect interventions appropriately.
Candidate Requirements:
- First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience along with management or supervisory experience, training, or qualifications.
- A strong alignment with company core values
