Digital Support Counsellor – Office-based – Manchester
Location: Manchester
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Salary: £30,000 plus excellent benefits
Remit
Compass Associates is proudly working with the leading mental health & wellbeing provider to recruit for a Digital Support Counsellor to join their Manchester team.
As a member of the Digital Team, you will provide emotional support, signposting and guidance to the EAP clients via digital methods, including email, video call, live chat and whatsapp. During your interactions with clients, you will answer queries and triage via clinical and risk assessments, whilst working in line with the BACP code of ethics. In addition to providing advice, you will also utilise tools on the organisation’s online wellbeing platform, such as Digital CBT. In addition to the digital work, you will be required on occasion to assist with helpline calls.
Location
This role is based at the Manchester office which is commutable from Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Stockport, Knutsford, Altrincham, Rochdale, Warrington, Chorley, Ashton-under-Lyne, Prestwich, Eccles, Salford and surrounding areas.
