We’re kicking off the festivities Sunday evening with our iconic Welcome Reception, featuring a fun and lively FALA Region Karaoke Competition to start the journey together! Conference mode officially begins Monday with insightful General Sessions and engaging Breakout Sessions designed to help you learn, connect, and grow. Attendees are encouraged to travel through the sessions and make a stop at the Annual Membership Luncheon, where we’ll share important association updates and hold Board elections. After a full day of education, the Tradeshow floor opens, giving you the opportunity to explore and connect with 120+ exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services.

Education and networking continue into Tuesday with additional engaging Sessions and more time to explore the Tradeshow floor and enjoy lunch, connect with exhibitors, and discover new resources to support your success.  Following another full day, join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate our “First-Class” team members at the annual Awards Dinner & Ceremony, honoring the exceptional individuals who go above and beyond to elevate the senior living experience. Enjoy great food and meaningful recognition as we applaud excellence together. Then keep the energy going at our lively After Party, featuring exciting entertainment — the perfect way to unwind, connect, and end the night on a high note!

Conference will conclude around noon on Wednesday, following our final General Session with keynote speakers AHCA Deputy Secretary Kim Smoak and Florida Ombudsman Terri Cantrell.
