Compass Associates is proud to partner with a growing ABA provider to recruit an experienced Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join their clinical team in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, clinician-focused organization committed to delivering high-quality ABA services and meaningful outcomes for children and families. The role will primarily involve providing in-person services across the Greensboro area, working closely with behavior technicians, caregivers, and the wider clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Oversee the implementation of treatment programs and monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis.
- Provide clinical guidance, training, and support to behavior technicians.
- Review clinical data and make appropriate program adjustments to support client progress.
- Deliver caregiver training and support families in implementing behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services align with applicable professional and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the wider clinical team to promote consistent, high-quality, client-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) credential in good standing.
- Meet applicable North Carolina requirements for providing ABA services.
- Previous ABA experience, ideally working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and compassionate, client-centered care.
