Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) | Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Gastonia, NC

Responsibilities;
- Oversee the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans to support meaningful learner outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians to promote high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote consistency and skill development across settings.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and refine behavior intervention plans and individualized treatment strategies.
- Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness through ongoing data collection and analysis.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinical environment where both learners and team members are empowered to grow and thrive.
​​​​Qualifications
- Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
- Previous experience as a practicing BCaBA, ideally supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
