Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), for their medium sized Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) near Rush Springs, OK.
This role would suit a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) with a minimum of 1-2 years, experience who has previously managed 60+ bedded Long-Term Care, skilled nursing facilities. While having a track record of improving census, resident care and staff engagement. Having a good knowledge of the Oklahoma state and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
You will be required to focus on providing quality care in line with the company and Oklahoma state regulations. Supporting and developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring successful financial performance, along with high standards of care. While working closely with the regional team and local communities to maintain and improve on the relationship in the area.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) within the state of Oklahoma, within Long-Term Care, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), that have a minimum of 60 beds within them. Along with having experience of managing a team and nursing facility as well as experience of managing financial budgets.
All candidates MUST have an LNHA license active in the state of Oklahoma, and be able to excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful and efficient community. The position requires a manager who can motivate a staff team, ensuring that first class care is always delivered and be visible around the community. While working closely with the regional team, local community, residents, relatives and the sales team.
Requirements
1-2 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
LNHA qualification for the state of Oklahoma
Administrator of a facility with a minimum of 60 beds
P&L responsibility
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Oklahoma state regulations
Experience with or knowledge of Dialysis & Ventilator units
Access to personal car and a valid driving license
Location
The facility is based near Rush Springs, OK and is commutable from Fletcher, Union City, Oklahoma City, Lindsay, Duncan, Apache and surrounding areas. My client are ideally looking for all candidates to be within 1 hour of the facility.
