Mehrab joined Compass Associates in 2025 after completing a BA in History at UCL. He is a key member of the Specialist Care team, focusing on recruitment across Children’s Residential Care, Fostering (Independent Fostering Agencies) and Specialist Education throughout the UK.

Mehrab specialises in mid to senior level appointments, supporting organisations with critical hires such as Operations Directors, Heads of Fostering, Registered Managers, Quality Leads, Headteachers, Deputies, Assistant Heads and Principals. He has experience partnering with a range of organisations, including start-ups, privately owned providers, private equity-backed groups and not-for-profit organisations.
