Physiotherapist team build - rapidly growing private healthcare clinic

Compass Associates supported the search for physiotherapists of varying levels of experience on behalf of a rapidly growing Private Healthcare Clinic.

This leading healthcare provider has a long-term partnership with Compass Associates and continues to work with us due to the high level of knowledge, experience and expertise always provided by us in supporting their team-build projects. The provider owns centres located across the southwest of the UK. The breadth of experienced physiotherapists required for this task varied from newly qualified up to lead consultant level.

To date, Compass Associates has arranged interviews for a number of candidates and successfully placed 14 newly qualified physiotherapists to senior consultant-level positions within the provider’s centres. Due to the current success and quality of service provided by Compass Associates, the Healthcare division arranged a face-to-face meeting with the provider’s Clinical Director to ensure that we understood their requirements well and outlined a detailed brief. This was also a valuable opportunity to see one of the sites and get an understanding of the company’s culture and facilities.

Unless the client was looking for any specific requirements that meant a much more bespoke brief was needed, the general format of the brief outlined was that potential candidates would be screened by Compass Associates and submitted to the Clinical Director for review. If they felt that they were suitable for the client’s requirements the candidate would then be invited for an initial MS Teams interview. If the first interview was a success, then the candidate is invited for a second interview in person and on-site.

The client has been impressed by the level of service provided by Compass Associates, which has now seen us become their preferred recruitment provider. This has resulted in the client asking us to continually source candidates on an ad-hoc basis to steadily increase the team size and capacity, due to their trust in our judgement with candidate experience and requirements.
