Job Title: Lead Occupational Health Advisor - Digital Health
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Manchester - 100% office-based
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Role:
This is a time-critical, high-impact position designed for an ambitious clinical leader. Balancing operational management with direct clinical excellence, you will serve as a primary point of contact for Clinical Governance while maintaining a small personal clinical caseload (approximately 10 appointments per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and output support for a team of Nurse Advisors; manage probation reviews, 1-to-1s, and clinical complaints/investigations.
Training & Quality: Research, design, and implement competency-based training driven by CPD, audits, or inspections; manage quality assessments using the scoring matrix.
Clinical Governance: Oversee clinical service deliveries to ensure strict adherence to individual and departmental KPIs, SLAs, and SEQOHS/ISO compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid NMC registration with an active PIN
- Post-registration specialist degree/diploma in Occupational Health (SCPHN - OHN)
Experience
- Proven track record in clinical leadership, people management, and quality assurance auditing within an occupational health environment.
