We're seeking an experienced Outpatient Nurse to help establish a brand-new outpatient service within a state-of-the-art private hospital.
Working exclusively with Welbeck Health Partners, you'll join the opening team of a modern multi-specialty hospital delivering rapid-access diagnostics and same-day procedures across cardiology, ENT, gastroenterology, respiratory, neurology, and more.

The Role
Supporting the Outpatient Nurse Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership while remaining hands-on in patient care. You'll help ensure the department is fully prepared for launch and delivers exceptional patient experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Clinical leadership and operational support
Clinic coordination and patient care
Staff training and development
Governance and quality standards
Consultant and MDT collaboration
Service improvement and workforce planning
Supporting hospital opening readiness
About You
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
Right to work in the UK
Strong multi-specialty outpatient experience
Outpatients experience is essential
Excellent communication skills
Experience supporting and developing staff
Adaptable, organised, and patient-focused
