Job Title: Regional Nurse - Complex Homecare
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends, bank holidays, or nights)
Location: Covering Birmingham, Wolverhampton, & Walsall (Remote / Field-Based / Mileage Paid)
Salary: £43,000 per annum

Role:
The Regional Complex Homecare Nurse will oversee clinical care packages across Birmingham, providing assessments, training, and clinical supervision to care staff. Working in partnership with healthcare professionals, you’ll ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery.
This role offers professional autonomy, a balanced schedule, and the satisfaction of making a measurable difference every day. You will also take part in a paid on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and review individual care packages to ensure safe, person-centred delivery.
- Provide practical training, clinical supervision, and guidance to healthcare workers at the point of care (including homes, schools, day canters, and community settings).
- Build and manage key relationships with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, NHS/private hospitals, and care establishments.
- Participate in a paid, phone-support On-Call Rota on a rotational basis.
- This position offers full professional autonomy, a predictable schedule, and the platform to build both your clinical and managerial expertise.
Candidate Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Paediatric or Adult) with valid NMC registration.
- Experience within ICU, HDU, or complex community care settings.
- Passionate, confident, and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence required.
