Gavin joined Compass Associates in July 2019 and is part of the Elderly Care division where he specialises in interim management opportunities across the UK. Gavin mainly focusses on interim roles within care home environments and has gained extensive experience in everything from large corporate to ‘Not for Profit’ providers.

He has helped assist clients in roles spanning deputy/home management, regional positions, and senior appointments. Gavin was recently promoted to Divisional Manager where he manages a team of 4 consultants.
