Morgan is a Senior Consultant with Compass Associates and heads up Radiology & Diagnostics as part of our Healthcare division. He covers assignments across the Midlands, North of England, and Scotland, focusing on both clinical and management assignments.

Morgan is dedicated to providing consultative advice to his clients and building long term relationships – including providing industry insight and salary surveys. He is also a regular attendee of conferences and seminars, ensuring that his network and industry knowledge is comprehensive and up to date.

His typical assignments cover Diagnostic Clinicians and Managers alike within plain film, MRI, CT & PET-CT. Morgan also focuses on Business Development Managers, Operations Managers, Clinical Applications Specialists, PACS / RIS Managers and Governance Specialists.
