Full-time – 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday

 

We’re supporting a well-established private hospital in the Devon area in search for a dynamic and experienced Imaging Manager to lead their imaging department. With a strong reputation for clinical excellence and a patient-first approach, the hospital is looking for a leader who can drive service delivery, maintain high standards, and contribute to long-term growth.

What are we looking for?

  • HCPC Registered.
  • BSc in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • Significant post-graduate experience in a Senior/Leadership role
  • Strong background in MRI, CT and Plain Film is desired.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled Radiographers.

Responsibilities

 

As Imaging Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic, clinical, operational, and financial performance of the Imaging Department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day imaging operations and ensuring a safe, effective, and responsive service
  • Managing department budgets and workforce planning
  • Driving compliance with clinical governance, regulatory, and safety standards
  • Building strong working relationships with radiologists and consultants
  • Contributing to wider hospital strategy and development initiatives
  • Supporting business planning, revenue optimisation, and service improvement
