Chris is one of the 3 founders of CRS and has worked across healthcare recruitment for the last 18 years. Chris is passionate about the independent healthcare market and has worked and managed in every speciality of the sector.

As a co founder of Compass, Chris was responsible for establishing both the Healthcare, and Specialist Care Divisions of Compass Associates which have now grown to be 2 of the 3 main vehicles of the brand, which as a whole is recognised as the leading provider of healthcare staff across the UK.

Chris is still hands-on and recruiting at a senior level in healthcare, managing teams and supporting senior mandates with clients predominately in the Surgical Hospital and Primary Care environments.
