Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading care providers, to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for a well-established nursing home in Morriston.
This purpose-built service provides high-quality nursing, dementia, residential, and specialist care for older people, focusing on person-centred care and meaningful engagement.
As Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the continued delivery of exceptional care. You will act as a clinical lead, mentor colleagues, and deputise in the Home Manager’s absence.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC Pin and proven leadership experience within a care home setting. You will have a deep understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding principles, and CQC / CIW regulations.
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive leader with excellent communication skills, capable of coaching and inspiring staff while maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
You will be driven, empathetic, and committed to creating a culture of kindness.
Requirements – Essential
• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin (RGN / RMN)
• Experience as a Senior Nurse / Deputy Home Manager in an elderly care setting
