Salary: £22.50 - £24 per hour (paid breaks)
Location: Banstead, Surrey
Qualification: RGN (Active nursing pin & good general nursing skills)
Hours: 36 hours per week, working day shift

About the Role
Compass Associates are delighted to partner with a respected care provider in their search for an experienced Staff Nurse to join a highly regarded nursing home located near Banstead.
This warm and welcoming service delivers exceptional nursing, residential, and dementia care to elderly residents and benefits from excellent staffing levels, ensuring safe, person-centred care.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care within a well-managed home that proudly holds a “Good” CQC rating.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents. You will be confident working within a nursing home environment and committed to maintaining the highest clinical and professional standards.
You will hold a valid NMC registration (RGN) with up-to-date clinical knowledge and demonstrable experience in elderly care. Strong communication skills, a person-centred approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a well-staffed, supportive team are essential.
