We are partnering with a highly reputable and fast-growing domiciliary care provider and part of one of the UK’s best known homecare providers. The business is seeking an ambitious and committed Deputy Manager to support the service in its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on compliance, ensuring the service meets and exceeds CQC expectations.
- Support service growth, contributing to business development and operational improvements.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, supervision, and care coordination.
- Support, develop, and supervise field staff to maintain exceptional care standards.
- Take part in on-call rota once every 4 weeks.
- Ensure a resident-first, values-led approach across the service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Deputy Manager experience in domiciliary care is essential.
- Open to candidates with Registered Manager background looking to step down.
- Demonstrates longevity in previous roles.
- Strong communicator with compliance awareness and solid knowledge of CQC expectations.
- Motivated by growth and improving service delivery.
