Compass Associates are working with a small but growing provider of supported living services, particularly to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is an exciting time for the organisation as they embark on their strategy to leverage their USP as an expert provider and further expand their reach. This is a newly created role and will initially focus on developing new supported services.
Person Specification:
We're seeking an experienced business development professional with demonstrable track record of delivering growth within the Adult Social Care sector, specifically with experience developing supported living services.
The ideal candidate will bring an existing network of contacts amongst relevant external stakeholders including Commissioners and Local Authorities. We're looking for someone who can work with a blank canvas, as the business has not previously had a dedicated Business Development function. Therefore it's important the successful candidate will be a self-starter and will be skilled with referral generation, bid writing and managing the end to end tender cycle, assessment and placement process as well as engage with social landlords and housing associations.

Location:
This is a hybrid role, with expectations to balance time across head office (Bedfordshire), existing services and to facilitate external meetings. A flexible individual is required.
Interview Process:
