We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Headteacher to lead an established SEMH school in Suffolk.

As Headteacher, you will drive the strategic vision, enhance the quality of education, and ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and outcomes.
Foster an inclusive, nurturing culture where pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated.
Lead and develop a dedicated staff team, promoting excellence and professional growth.
Work closely with external partners, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
Oversee operational, financial, and compliance responsibilities in line with regulatory standards.
Champion continuous improvement across all aspects of school performance.
About You:
Proven senior leadership experience within SEMH, SEN, or specialist education settings.
A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within SEMH provision.
Excellent communication, coaching, and people-management skills.
Ability to inspire confidence, build strong relationships, and drive positive change.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS desirable) and relevant leadership qualifications (NPQH desirable).
